See links below _______________ Connection problems READ THIS By Default Internet explorer is usually set to block the Java or Active X needed to view this site. To gain access you will need to reset your security settings in your browser. Try this: while IE is open at top of window select: "Tools" then "Internet Options" then the "Security" Tab then "Custom Level" then look down list enabling the Active X settings and Java settings.

#4 Your browser may need to be configured to run Java or to run ActiveX,
The Java version most browsers can run, ActiveX usually needs some
security settings to be reset. Running ActiveX allows for high quality
video and audio. See above.
